Siamese Doll is now established a running well in their home in Catalina Bay. A family business, the restaurant is manager by Stephanie Viterbo, daughter of Edward Viterbo - owner of Man Thai (Sky City), Grasshopper (Stamford Plaza), Thai Street(Wynyard Quarter) and Red Crab (Ellerslie and Waiheke).
